Shipping to the above location incurs an additional INR 500 per order. If this fee applies, it will appear at checkout.
What is Modern Hangover's return policy?
Return policies are listed in the details of each product page. Most items are either final sale or returnable for store credit.
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage with your request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honour your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honour your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
Items marked “Return for store credit” are returnable for STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a return label for free return shipping. Upon receipt and reprocessing of the item into our warehouse, you will receive the store credit.
Selected items are returnable for refund:
- The item must be unopened in original manufacturer’s packaging
- The cost of shipping for the items will be deducted from the refund
- As specified in each product page, items are returnable for refund within 7 or 14 days of receiving the item.
Orders
What does my order status mean?
Orders showing as “Complete” means that the transaction was complete!
This means your payment went through successfully.
This does NOT mean your order was delivered, though.
You will receive multiple email updates regarding the status of your package:
- Order received – Pending processing:
Your order has been placed and we will send out a purchase order to the vendor once the pre-sale event is over. - PO sent:
Our single bulk-purchase order was sent to the designer/vendor for the quantity sold during the pre-sale event. - Items being prepared by supplier:
Our single, bulk purchase order was sent to the designer/vendor and are awaiting shipment to our fulfilment centre. - Items awaiting carrier pickup:
Your order has been packed and needs to be picked up by the courier in order to get to you! Live tracking is not available until the carrier has scanned your package and received it into their system. - Items Shipped:
Your item has shipped! This will include the tracking number for the particular item/package. Tracking is also updated on your order page.
